The new condo at middle road was successfully bidded over by Wing Tai Holdings on a price tag of $492 million or $1,458 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). There are 10 bidders for this prime land parcel at Bugis. MCC Land (Singapore) joint venture with Greatview Investment bidded $1,393 psf ppr, followed by a joint venture between City Developments and MCL Land, another involving GuocoLand, Intrepid Investments and Hong Realty and a solo bid from Far East Organization. JBE Development placed the lowest offer of $351.96 million or S$1,043 psf ppr.

The M at Middle Road land parcel spans 80,334 sq ft with a plot ratio of 4.2. The M will be classify into 2 zones: the low-rise one that can go up to six storeys, and a high-rise zone of up to 20 storeys, comprising 522 units with commercial on the ground floor.
