The Lentor Modern site takes up 17,279.9 m2 land area, with maximum permissible gross area 60,480 m² is a planned mixed development residential with commercial on the 1st storey.

GuocoLand will develop the Lentor Modern as a mixed-use development of three 25-storey towers housing roughly 600 residential units with commercial, food and beverage and retail space on the ground floor.

GuocoLand won the tender for the new condo at Lentor Central with the highest bid $784.1 million. The price work out to a land rate of $1,204 per sq ft per plot ratio, or $12,964.83 per square metre of gross floor area.

The Lentor Modern will be connected with the Thomson-East Coast Line’s future Lentor MRT station, which is set to open in the second half of next year.

Anderson Primary, CHIJ St Nicholas Girls, Catholic High, Presbyterian High, Raffles Institution, Anderson Serangoon Junior College, Nanyang Polytechnic, and the French International School are all close by.

The Lentor Modern is serenely tucked close to plenty of greenery, including Thomson Nature and Bishan parks, the upper and lower Seletar Reservoir areas and Lower Pierce Reservoir Park.

Lentor Modern Location

The Lentor Modern located at the central south of Singapore, in between the established estate of Ang Mo Kio and Yishun. A new housing proposal in the new neighbourhood of Lentor Hills.

The Lentor Modern will be the first new condominium in the estate of Lentor neighbourhood for the past 3 decades.
