This new condo at Lentor Central received the highest bid of $1,108 ppr from a consortium comprising China Communications Construction Co, Soilbuild Group Holdings and Yanlord Land.

Hillock Green located at the central south of Singapore, in between the established estate of Ang Mo Kio and Yishun. A new housing proposal in the new neighbourhood of Lentor Hills.
