The Hillhaven is a new condo launch at Hillview Rise. Awarded to Far East Vivil Engineering and Sekisui House, the top bid for Hillview Rise, amounting to $320.77 million or $1,024 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).

This bid allows for the development of approximately 335 residential units on the site. However, it is worth noting that the top bid for Hillview Rise was lower than the $1,068 psf ppr land rate that was awarded to the nearby condominium, The Midwood, in July 2018.

This new condo at Hillview Rise will be a sought after project. There are a shortage of new launches in suburban projects at Bukit Timah area. Nearby projects such as Dairy Farm Residences, Mont Botanik Residence and Verdale have fully sold all of their units.

The Reserve Residence at Jalan Anak Bukit was 91% sold.
