Wing Tai and Metro’s construction arm, Metrobilt Construction, emerged as the top bidder for the Bukit Timah Turf City site with a winning bid of S$1,624.89 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr).
The developers plan to transform Dunearn House into a mixed-use residential development comprising approximately 330 homes alongside ground-floor commercial spaces, offering future residents added convenience and lifestyle amenities.
The new condo at Bukit Timah will be among the pioneering developments in the new Bukit Timah Turf City precinct within District 10. As an early entrant to the area, the developers aim to create a landmark residential development that will help shape the identity and character of this emerging neighbourhood.
The Jurong Lake District (JLD) is set to emerge as Singapore’s largest mixed-use business district outside the city centre, shaping the future of urban living in the west.
