Canninghill Piers is an integrated development with two residential towers consisting of 696 units a commercial component, a hotel of approximate 470 rooms and a 192 unit of service apartments.

The project is a new vision of integrated living, with three levels of F&B and retail, and direct access to the MRT Fort Canning. In addition to Canninghill Piers, the additional two towers feature Moxy Singapore Clarke Quay and Somerset Serviced Residence, completing this new landmark and social hub of the Singapore River district.

Canninghill Piers will be a mixed development residential, commercial and hotels. The hotel group will be managed by the Moxy brand by Marriott International while the serviced residence will retain its Somerset branding, in the project which is expected to be open in phases from 2024.
