UOL has successfully bided for a site on Amber Road. This plot of land is a 30 years old landscaping and nursery business.Owned by developer Sin Lian Huat, this plot of 70,000 sq ft at 45 Amber Road was successfully transacted $156 million. It is located in the middle of The Shore Residences and The Sea View.
This freehold site is proposed to build a 190 Units, 22 Story block. Due to its good location of Amber Road & Marina Parade, Developer Sin Lian Huat believed this will be a very sort after project. The latest fully sold project by UOL around this area was 70 St Patrick’s. Average price was seen at $1,600 to $1,700 psf for this recent East Coast residential projects. Marina Blue is also another freehold project by Capitaland right opposite Parkway Parade.
In 2017, we will also expect to see two major launches in the East. Seaside Residences on Siglap Road which was successfully bided by Frasers Centerpoint and Grandeur Park Residences right next to the Tanah Merah MRT Interchange.
