An option for home buyer to pay accordingly to the construction stage of the development. This option is ideal if home buyer is able to sustain up to 75% bank loan.

Upon booking of your choice unit, 5% booking fee as to be in cash, whereas balance 15% and stamp duty 4% is payable via CPF Ordinary account funds only or cash or combined CPF and cash. Home buyer have to set aside 5% foundation progressive payment right after exercise option.

A option for home buyer to have the flexibility to pay their monthly installment at a later date. Usually upon key collection (T.O.P)
