Supply in the Pipeline
As information extracted from the URA website, at the end of 2nd quarter 2016, the total number of uncompleted private residential units supply is 47,250 (excluding ECs) in the pipeline, compared to the 53,512 units in the previous quarter. Out of which, 21,489 units remained unsold as at 2nd quarter 2016.
In addition supply of 11,554 EC units in the pipeline, there were 58,804 private housing units in the pipeline. Of the EC units in the pipeline, 5,471 units remained not sold based on 2nd quarter 2016. In total, 26,960 private housing units (include ECs) available.
In the view of the expected completion dates reported by developers, 11,775 units (including ECs) will be completed in the 2nd quarter of 2016. Another 17,461 units (include ECs) will be completed in 2017. In comparison, 22,267 units (include ECs) were completed in 2015.

There will be a few executive condominium (EC) expected to launch in year 2017, which may figured out to be approximate 2000 units completed in year 2019. There are no EC units expected to complete after 2019.
Upcoming pipeline EC launch include iNZ Residence at Choa Chu Kang Avenue 5 by Qing Jian Realty Ptd Ltd, Yio Chu Kang and Anchorvale Lane by Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and a reserved land at Sumang Walk located between Sumang walk and Punggol way, near my Waterway@ Punggol.
