There is a huge plot of land parcel of 25,440 sq m up for tender. This plot of land is in upcoming Bidadari estate and is expected to see strong response. Some analysts are expecting about 10 bids from developers.
This plot will be exciting to watch as its the first parcel in Bidadari for private homes. We are expecting to see this Mixed Development at Upper Serangoon Road with shops and restaurants. This land is expected to yield 825 private homes and its well located next to the Woodleigh MRT. This would have spurred interest from buyers when the developer were to official launch.
The latest new project launch in close proximity is Forest Woods, a development in Lorong Lew Lian. It has achieved 76% sales since the launch and units has been moving. Another development which is interesting to look at is TRE Residences at Aljunied MRT which is re-launching on 11th April 2017 and the integrated development in Paya Lebar Square, Park Place Residences, set to launch 11th April 2017.
