Marina View Residences is a new leasehold condo at district 01 on marina south island. This new white site along Marina View is designated for a mixed use development includes hotel, retails, offices and residential.

The 84,000 square feet land site is set to build estimate 905 residential home. At least 279,861 square feet for hotel use. It allow office space up to maximum 21,528 square feet and commercial F&B retail space up to 21,528 square feet.

Developer IOI Properties bid the land on the low side, during the first quarter of 2021. Most developer are caution about white site land bidding as the hospitality sector is still affected by Covid back then.
